The chlorine generator safely creates chlorine from the softener’s brine solution. The dissolved chlorine then sanitizes the media bed with each regeneration of the system.

The System Analyzer tells you the Iron Soft Plus Series’ status at a glance:

Green Light — the system is producing clean, soft water and thechlorine generator is operating
at full capacity

Red Light — the system is in its regeneration and/or sanitizing cycle

Yellow Light — indicates salt is
low, or the sanitizing process is
incomplete — also generates
audible “chirp”
